excellent stay with convenient location
tube stations modern room early check
the hotel is near two tube stations allowing easy access to the city center. i got a modern room that looked newly renovated. i also received early check in without any extra charge. the room was very clean making the experience enjoyable.
i noticed there were no stairs, and two of the four lifts were out of service causing a wait for an available lift.

easy check in friendly staff clean room
The hotel check in process was easy and quick. The staff was friendly and very helpful with directions. The hotel room was very clean. Fresh towels were provided every day. The location is good, near public transport, with one tube station just minutes away.
During my visit, I noticed a distinct lack of natural light in the room I was in. This affected the overall ambiance of the space

short walk sophisticated area
The location boasts excellent proximity to west brompton station! it's only a short walk. i also appreciated the upgraded bar and lounge area. It felt quite sophisticated and new. the parking rate at £20 per night seemed reasonable. there were plenty of spaces available!
my room felt quite warm even with the air conditioning running, it was hard to adjust the temperature.

bus stop underground station nice restaurant
The bus stop outside provides convenient transport. A short walk leads to the underground station. The hotel also offers a nice bar and restaurant.
The cooling system in the renovated rooms does not allow temperatures below 22 degrees.

the rooms were modern and fresh. i especially liked the updated lobby. the staff was really helpful with directions, and the tube station nearby was super convenient.
i noticed a slight delay during check-in, a tad inconvenient after a long journey.

Solid Stay Near Earl's Court
quick check-in polite staff convenient station
Check-in was quick. The staff was quite polite. My room was recently renovated and had everything i needed. A convenient ironing station was available down the hall so i could prepare my clothes.
The wifi in my room was not reliable. It only worked for short periods of time so i couldn't rely on it. The tv did not have any HD channels either.

Every staff member was nice, from reception to Barnaby's staff. They assisted with extending my stay after an accident happened. They really made a stressful situation manageable, i appreciated that.

The buffet breakfast offered many choices. There were many options available including english breakfast items. They also offered sweets, yogurt, and fruit, an extensive spread.

There are two tube stations within walking distance. Buses stop right outside the hotel. Shops and restaurants are also nearby on Lillie Road. I got around easily.
